Chorb is a family chore management app designed with privacy in mind. We believe your family's data belongs to you.

Data Collection

Chorb does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All app data is stored locally on your device and synced across your family's devices using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit).

What We Don't Collect

• No personal information (names, emails, phone numbers)
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No advertising data
• No location data
• No third-party SDKs or trackers

iCloud Sync

Chorb uses Apple's CloudKit to sync family data (profiles, missions, bounties) across devices signed into the same iCloud account. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Children's Privacy

Chorb is designed to be used by families, including children. Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no children's data to protect beyond what is stored locally and in your private iCloud account. The app does not require account creation, login, or any personal information to use.

Data Storage

All data is stored on-device using Apple's SwiftData framework and synced via iCloud. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device or using the in-app account deletion feature.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
